Experienced Assembler (Medical/Dental)

Candidate will have the opportunity to learn state of the art skills related to 3D printing, laser fabrication, and scanning electron microscopy. Candidate will also develop manual dexterity skills related to manufacturing dental appliances. Previous dental technical work preferred. Awesome positive attitude required.  


  • Ability to build products by reading manufacturing work orders and SOPs.
  • Ability to fully adhere to established Quality System and full understanding of cGMP.
  • Ability to identify non-conformances and communicate to production supervisor lead for reporting.
  • Prepares work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions, build samples, and parts lists as follows:
    • Updating inventory sheets
    • Gathering parts
    • Gathering subassemblies
    • Gather required tools and materials
  • Must maintain a high level of quality and accuracy by following established SOPs and manufacturing instructions as follows:
    • Examining parts for correct form, fit, and function
    • Good documentation practices
    • Adhering to established quality systems
  • Assembles components as follows:
    • Fastening of parts and sub-assemblies together (sometimes under a microscope)
    • Cleaning of parts and sub-assemblies
    • Packaging of parts to become a finished goods
    • Operating standard dental related hand tools
  • Ability to aid in the resolution of assembly problems and clarifies build issues following established procedures and notifying team lead to obtain additional resources when appropriate.
  • Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, looks for ways to improve and promote quality, applies feedback to improve performance.
  • Achieves and maintain production levels in 90 percent of the products in the assigned team at or above production expectations. 
  • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with all established procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and ability to use manual, electric, and pneumatic hand tools.
  • Assist in engineering test protocol execution and knowledge of documentation of data being gathered is a plus but not required.



  • Ability to read and comprehend written procedures in English. Technical writing skills a plus.
  • Ability to maintain focus and work in a production environment and stay on pace.
  • Ability to use basic computer applications including, but not limited to:
    • E-mail
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
  • Prior knowledge of medical device manufacturing assembly strongly recommended, training will be provided.



  • High School Diploma or GED



  • Salary: $12-18 / hour commensurate on experience
