Job Goal:

The Professional Education Marketing Manager is responsible for developing, executing and managing medical education programming in support of the Swift Health System’s business. In this role, the Marketing Manager fosters strong relationships with marketing teams, sales team and external vendors. This role collaborates closely with the medical affairs, brand directors and agency partners to create innovative and best-in-class medical education initiatives that drive product utilization and sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Create, Innovate and Develops CE programs and content to educate, train, and excite our new partners (clinicians and support staff).
  • Plan, Executive and Deliver those CE programs at major conventions, regional meetings, online webinars, and within key practices.
  • Determines format and execution of customer education/training programs, online education, materials and resources.
  • Collaborates with the public affairs team, product marketing team, and agency partners to create collateral and to promote events that meet company objectives
  • Responsible for taking a proactive approach in anticipating new trends in medical education and implements new training initiatives and programs as needed.
  • Responsible for budget development and oversight.
  • Scaling of CE Programs to meet the needs of a rapidly growing user base.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 5 years education experience, preferably in medical device.
  • Experience in working with medical device manufacturing company.
  • Experience with medical writing and editing.
  • Experience managing medical symposiums, events, and webinars
  • Strategy and Professional Education Demonstrated multitasking and project management skills.
  • Demonstrated written and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated computer skills including Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Seeking highly motivated, self-starter capable of working independently and as part of high powered team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with higher level colleagues in Marketing, Medical Marketing, Medical Strategy, and external clinicians.
  • Experience in working with medical device manufacturing company.
  • Plan and put together events.
